Conversation starter. Start light and fun conversation with your group about the series topic.

  • What kind of traditions do you or your family observe?
  • Have you ever been part of or seen awkward traditions recognized by your family or other places?

Contemplate. Ask questions to get your group thinking about these principles.

  • What are the parallels between the Passover meal and The Last Supper?

Contribute. Ask questions that create personal openness in your group.

  • What are other way’s you remember Christ throughout the week?
  • What areas of your life are you still holding from Jesus? Why?

Cry out to God. Pray intensely for your group on the topic.

Jesus, help us to remember You in all our circumstances and situations. We know that, as believers, we represent You to this world. Please help us to live completely for You. We know that Your body was broken and Your blood was shed for us. We want to honor You with our whole lives. Thank You, Jesus.

Commit to change. What’s a new area to grow with the Lord?

  • I commit to pray with someone this week remembering Jesus and His work on the cross for our sins.
  • I commit to trust God in one new area this week and this is the area ____________________________________.
